Simply breathe meditation

simply daisy

breathe in, breathe out

as you go about your day

moment by moment

feeling upon feeling

experience after experience

some easy, some challenging

sometimes happy, other times sad

maybe angry, frustrated or irritable

allow all these feelings to come and go

breathe in

take this quick moment to centre

breathe out

hand on your heart, hand on your tummy

now simply breathe

and let‘s meditate together

remember your moments of breath when YOU most need them

most often it is the first thing we forget, me too

we tighten, clench and hold on

yet it is quick and easy

you only need a minute or two

anytime. anywhere. anyhow.

short and sweet

simply

breathe. breathe. breathe.

and continue on with your day

This one is purposefully short and sweet for ease. Cause anytime, anywhere, anyhow. Moments of breath. Simple.

  1. What a wonderful gift Delicia! Short and sweet is perfect for remembering to do it when we need it and not later, ‘when I will have time’… and to do it also when we do not really feel we need it, but we have bits of time between one thing and the next one on our list.

I love the birds! I was told that they show up when they sense quiet minds and good energies. But what I know for sure is that they bring good energies and help to quiet the mind. In the last month I often meditated with their singing in the forest and they brought me amazing healing. So thank you for including them! Nature is a beautiful reminder that we are all connected and loved.

Gratitude for your generous sharing Delicia. Namaste, A.

    • Yes, time is so precious, but sometimes we need something simple right now and in the moment. That was exactly my thinking and also so that we can train ourselves to remember that we can tap into our breath, and so also our calm mind and body, simply and easily whenever we need too.

I loved the birds too and enjoyed their soulful addition to my recording. All in divine timing and it felt perfect. I’m so happy to know their song found you too.

Gratitude for your kindness and sharing. Namaste D.
